Welcome to Group Home Blueprint 2.0. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Group Home Blueprint 2.0 Virtual Conference, member portal, and all related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by TNT Wealth Builders, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing a ticket, accessing the conference, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use our Services.
1. Services Description
Group Home Blueprint 2.0 is a virtual conference and educational program designed to provide information and guidance on starting and operating group homes. The Services include:
- Live virtual conference sessions (January 31 - February 1, 2026)
- Access to the member community portal
- Conference recordings and replays
- Educational materials, templates, and resources (based on tier level)
- Interactive workbook and tools
2. No Refund Policy
Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the member portal, pre-conference materials, and will receive access to conference recordings after the live event. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content and access to our member community, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing access to digital content and services
- Access to the member portal is granted immediately upon purchase
- Conference recordings will be available after the live event
- No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for any reason
- This no-refund policy applies to all ticket tiers (Standard, VIP Professional, and Executive)
3. Account Registration
To access our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your login credentials with others
- Record, download, or redistribute conference content without permission
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other community members
- Post spam, promotional content, or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to videos, presentations, templates, documents, graphics, and written materials, is the intellectual property of TNT Wealth Builders, LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
6. Educational Disclaimer
The information provided through our Services is for educational purposes only and should not be construed as legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Results may vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors. We make no guarantees regarding your success or earnings from starting a group home business.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNT Wealth Builders, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
