Any cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a $100 fee to change to another course at same price point if available. 2. Any cancellations made at least 14 days or more before the event can change to another class for no fee if the level bought is still available. No refunds are given for any level. We reserve the right to change to a virtual event if COVID-19 levels are higher than the normal for that city. If this happens, a partial refund will be given and all will attend by virtual conference or transfer to another date. I understand that my conference purchase are nonrefundable.
